What data we collect

Identification: name, email, phone, language preference.
Property profile: budget, areas of interest, viewing notes.
Documentation when needed for transactions: NIE, ID, proof of funds (encrypted).
Browsing data: only strictly-necessary cookies for security and session.

Legal basis & purpose

Consent for newsletter and marketing.
Contract execution for purchase / sale / rental processes.
Legitimate interest for direct, targeted communication about properties matching your profile.
Legal obligation for AML, tax and notarial matters.

Data retention

Active client data: while the relationship is ongoing plus 5 years (commercial liability under Spanish law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Notarial documentation: 10 years (legal obligation).

Recipients

Our partner law firm, escrow notaries, mortgage banks (with your consent on each operation), Spanish Tax Agency when legally required, and IT providers under DPA (Cloudflare, transactional email).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, limit, portability and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to gestion@cuerdaysesma.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

International transfers

We do not transfer data outside the EEA except to providers with Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
